The AXIS Q3538-LVE is a high-performance 8 MP outdoor fixed dome network camera designed for demanding security applications. It combines 4K resolution, Lightfinder 2.0, Forensic WDR, integrated infrared illumination and deep-learning analytics. Its rugged, vandal-resistant housing makes it suitable for perimeter protection, building surveillance and critical infrastructure monitoring.
The AXIS Q3538-LVE delivers detailed 4K video using a 1/1.2-inch image sensor and Axis ARTPEC-8 processing platform. Its motorized varifocal lens supports remote zoom and focus, allowing installers to optimize the viewing angle for entrances, building facades and perimeter areas.
Lightfinder 2.0 improves colour imaging in low-light conditions, while Forensic WDR preserves important details in scenes with contrasting illumination. Built-in IR LEDs enable black-and-white surveillance in darkness.
The camera's deep-learning processing unit supports intelligent edge analytics, including object classification. H.264/H.265 compression and Axis Zipstream help optimize bandwidth and storage. Security features include Axis Edge Vault, secure boot and a signed operating system.
