Natural vs. Engineered Stone
While natural stone is quarried directly from the earth, Engineered Stone (like quartz) is a man-made composite of crushed stone and resin. [1, 2]

- Engineered Stone: Offers total consistency in color and pattern, is non-porous (no sealing needed), but can be damaged by high heat.
